The “Wilde 13” & the “Schnürschuh” get the sixth cup!
Hacker Pschorr awards the restaurants of the Hotel Alpenhof with the “Star of Hospitality” for the sixth time in a row – with a special price!
For more than 15 years, Hacker-Pschorr’s initiative “Successful Hosts” has stood for quality awareness and training in the catering industry. There is a logical step: to award successful participants in this program.
The brewery awards the “Star of Hospitality” to the Hotel Alpenhof in Augsburg. The Hotel Alpenhof with its restaurants “Wilde 13” and “Zum Schnürschuh” has passed numerous quality and service tests concerning the equipment and the ambience, beer and beverage presentation as well as the food offer and its presentation.
Host Alexander Schön and his team, headed by chef Tobias Laux and restaurant manager Vanessa Frazier, impressed in all segments. Area Sales Manager Thomas Kotnig and Quality Manager Catering Thomas Rechl presented the “Star of Hospitality” in November 2019 to owner Alexander Schön and Chef Tobias Laux. Alexander Schön: “For the sixth time in a row! Great! We are very happy about this new award. To receive the “Star of Hospitality” over a long period of time means to offer excellent service, hospitality and a great menu, because testing is more than just a single time. We are extremely proud of our entire team, as representative I would like to call our chef Tobias Laux and our service team around Vanessa Frazier. Thank you for this great effort. ”
By the way: The “Wild 13” also scored in the Schlemmeratlas this year. The editorial team awarded three wooden spoons to the creative restaurant in the Patchworkhotel Alpenhof. In the culinary guide Gusto the Wilde 13 was mentioned and could get a recommendation.
