Palaestra<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”my_max_width_wide”]Our spa Palaestra is a real gem. Its sole purpose is for you to be as relaxed as possible. There\u2019s also a lot to discover \u2013 be it little angels, antique clay plaques or wall paintings, you won\u2019t get bored here.<\/p>\n

On 500 square meters the Palaestra offers you relaxation, rest and a lot of amusement! Four saunas are at your disposal. Of course, the traditional Finnish sauna cannot be omitted \u2013 in our hemlock spruce-paneled cabin you can sweat at a cozy 90\u00b0C. If that\u2019s too hot for you, you may relax in our three scent tecaldarium at 45\u00b0C. After that, maybe try our aquamarine steam bath or perhaps our organic arched sauna? To cool off, take a swim in our diving pool or have a walk through our Kneipp water-treading basin. Don\u2019t be afraid to venture outside, either \u2013 take a few steps up and you\u2019ll find our relaxation garden. You can also relax beautifully in our knight\u2019s hall.<\/p>\n

If you like to work your body before relaxing, take a few steps up to our indoor pool, where you can absolve a few laps. Or take a detour to our fitness room, where you can train your muscles and improve your endurance on a treadmill, a stepper, by weightlifting or with our rowing machine.<\/p>\n

By the way: Our pool\u2019s water filtering technology is environmentally friendly and not harmful to your health. That means that rather than chlorinating our water, it flows through a filtering station filled with regeneration salt, which eliminates chlorine smell and subsequent red eyes. Our pool water has the quality of drinking water!<\/p>\n

For guests in our comfort categories, the use of the spa area is included in the room price. Also a wellness bag equiped with towels and a bathrobe is included.<\/span><\/p>\n

For guests of our standard category we charge 15 \u20ac per day and person for the use of the indoor pool, the Finnish sauna, the spa area and the wellness bag.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, our indoor pool and the wellness area are also available to non-house guests. The exactly price range please ask when you reserve your spot by phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Please note: Always on the first Friday of a month we offer a Ladies Day in our spa area from 9 am to 3 pm. Means: women stay among themselves on Fridays. Brand new: breakfast! Our Ladies Day starts at 9 am with a breakfast, at 10 am it’s time to enter the spa area. Our Ladies Day includes: Breakfast incl. coffee, tea, fruit juices, bathrobe and towels for rent, spa use, tea station. For 44 euros (without bathrobes and towels) per person.<\/span><\/p>\n
