Easter Brunch in the Wilde 13!

It’s a tradition: our Easter Brunch!

Of course, we would also love to invite you this year to spend Easter Sunday morning with us – and enjoy really good food!

On Easter Sunday, you can join us for brunch and lunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Just as you know from us, we extend our brunch into a delicious lunch. That means you can indulge in everything your heart desires:

Our appetizers create special moments of enjoyment with lovingly prepared little glasses and small delicacies. Look forward to tuna crépinette with cucumber tartare, tomato mozzarella with pesto verde, vitello tonnato with caper cream, gremolata and radish cress, baked shepherd’s cheese with onion chutney and Greek mini salad, eggplant rolls with hummus and sesame cream, filled eggs with chives, as well as mini meat patties with cabbage and sweet mustard.

There is also no shortage of choice when it comes to the hot dishes. A seasonal soup with various garnishes opens the savory part. This is followed by braised lamb shoulder with rosemary jus, cherry tomatoes and pearl onions, baked Easter ham, oven-fresh pollo fino with grilled vegetables, and a pan of potato gnocchi with spring vegetables and wild garlic. Fish lovers can enjoy grilled Scottish salmon and pike-perch fillet on a tomato and asparagus ragout. Baked almond balls, glazed garden vegetables, herb mushrooms, and homemade butter spaetzle round off the selection.

For a sweet finale, our dessert buffet will spoil you with a mixed selection of ice cream and various toppings, panna cotta with strawberry-rhubarb and pistachios, fruit skewers coated in chocolate, baked apple strudel with vanilla sauce, and mango-passion fruit chocolate mousse with coconut cream and mocha meringue.

Sounds good, don’t you think? Oh, and since our kitchen crew is full of creative minds, it may well be that an extra treat is added here and there or that something is slightly redesigned. So let yourself be surprised!
